Specialization My main fields of expertise are steel metallurgy (industry), IT, as well as the interpretation and development of solutions for problems that form the border between the two (mainly data processing).
Professional activity
After my studies, I spent almost 2 decades in the steel industry in various positions. My main activities were related to the investments, technological developments, and the processing of industrial data.
 
In addition to my industrial activities, I have been involved in secondary and higher education over the years. 
 
From May 2023, I'm performing project management duties at the SteelTech-Center Hungary organization of the University of Miskolc. My main field of activity is the management of industrial topics related to the modernization of industrial data processing with the involvement of students.
Educational activity From November 2021, I'm performing teaching, research and mentoring tasks as an assistant professor at the University of Dunaújváros and as a professional mentor for materials engineering students. My main teaching areas are the technical (mechanical, material engineering) and IT subjects.
Studies
In 2002, I obtained a degree in metallurgical engineering at the Faculty of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering of University of Miskolc, and in 2001 an engineering teacher's degree at the University of Dunaújváros.
 
I obtained my PhD degree at the Multidisciplinary Technical Doctoral School of the Széchényi István University in Győr in 2021. The topic of my dissertation was technological development in steel production supported by industrial data processing (https://mmtdi.sze.hu/wizner-krisztian).
Interest I'm spending my free time with my family, if possible, and I like programming.
